In this world where everyone is talking about reaching new heights of modernization and living on the Moon and Mars, there are also some people who want to take the world back to its ancient roots. Back to the way our ancestors lived.
One such community is Ayurveda Sahi Hai, whose motto is to take us back to our Ayurvedic roots. Today we have the co-founder of this community Mr. Deepak Dung who is going to tell us the story behind the origin of Ayurveda Sahi Hai.
Let us start the interview.
1. Deepak sir, what is Ayurveda Sahi Hai?
There are many health problems in society that are caused by bad lifestyles, unhealthy food habits, and living an unorganized and indisciplined life. And to solve all these health issues, they often turn to modern medicines. In the long run, these are not very effective.
In our ancient tradition of Ayurveda, all health problems have amazing solutions, but people are forgetting all this. People in India are forgetting their roots. Ayurveda Sahi Hai is a family of people who are connected to their roots. The ancient Ayurvedic practices. And the Ayurveda Sahi Hai Family is determined to take all our Indian brothers and sisters back to their roots in Ayurveda.
It is an organization of selfless people who inspire and motivate the people living in society by teaching them how to remove their physical, mental, social, and spiritual problems through proven ancient methods of Ayurveda.
2. What is the importance of Ayurveda Sahi Hai in people’s lives?
The first and last aim of Ayurveda Sahi Hai is to spread awareness about Ayurveda as an alternative to these allopathic, chemical-filled medicines.
If we need an expert for this, we personally contact the expert and bring that expertise to the people through live sessions so that the audience can benefit from the valuable knowledge.
Our team works on making informative content in the form of blogs, social media posts, and short videos so that people can be given more and more information without them having to research all of these.
The team works by bringing people’s problems to experts and then bringing their solutions to the people.
As we all know, most of our ancient texts are printed in Sanskrit. We try to give all the knowledge that our Vedas, Upanishads, Mandalas, and all other texts have in a very simple and easy-to-understand language, as these are the texts from which we can lead a healthier and disease-free life.
3. Ayurveda Sahi Hai, when, how, and why it started?
Once I saw a crowd at an allopathic medical store, and I thought maybe an accident had happened. Out of curiosity and thought to help someone in need, I went there. To my surprise, I saw that the whole crowd was made up of patients; there had been no accident.
On asking the patients, they said that they got well sooner with the medicines from there.
I took the medicine from the hands of a patient, examined it, and found out that it was a very strong medicine that was going to do a lot of harm to them in the future. Even a good doctor would think 100 times before giving them to any patient, unless it was for a very extreme condition.
And this situation is not just about a single medical store in 1 village.
There was only 1 question in my mind, “when we have our precious treasure Ayurveda which can be used to live a disease-free healthy life, then why is there so much crowd at these medical stores? “
Why are people ignoring the words of such a great Acharya Vagbhatt ji, “The world’s largest medical store is your kitchen”?
Why are all these things not being implemented by the people?
With time, I understood that this was all because of the brainwashing done by the medicine mafia, which has made everyone so dependent on these allopathic medicines.
I finally realized that the big problem is not the disease.
The big problem is that people are not aware of the Ayurvedic alternate treatments.
And it was at that point that I made a vow in my mind.
Along with earning my bread, I will also keep spending time trying to make people aware of this treasure of ours, Ayurveda, even if it is just a little bit, and that too till my death.
As a result, Ayurveda Sahi Hai was born!
4. Tell us something about the team of Ayurveda Sahi Hai.
First of all, I would like to thank my team for this and also congratulate the whole team for working so selflessly. No one is being paid for any work, and finding such people in today’s fast-paced life would be a matter of luck for anyone.
Ayurvedacharyas, Yogacharyas, Reiki experts, and many others are on our team and don’t charge for sharing their valuable knowledge with our audience.
There are many teachers of the same subject. Everyone is an expert, but everyone’s way of explaining is different.
It cannot be said which expert’s method will be useful for which person. Thus, we chose to have everyone on our team to provide knowledge in the best way possible.
5. Where do you see Ayurveda Sahi Hai in the coming 5 years?
I believe that there is no limit; no end to knowledge. It is a never-ending path, that changes every day. As new diseases are coming every day, new remedies are also coming.
So we don’t have to take ourselves or Ayurveda Sahi Hai anywhere. We just have to make ourselves easily available to as many people as possible. We have to simplify ourselves so that more and more people can read and understand us.
We are not greedy for any kind of achievement; we are greedy that no one in the world should suffer from any kind of health problem, whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.
It is our wish that more and more people live a disease-free, stress-free and healthy life.
6. Any message for the audience reading this?
The problem is not the disease, the problem is the lack of awareness of many alternate remedies to all health problems. And an even bigger problem is implementation.
We all have a lot of knowledge about Ayurveda.
If you ask anyone to teach about Ayurveda, then many people will stand up to give a speech.
But when it comes to applying the same knowledge to oneself, no one does.
If you are thirsty, then that thirst will be quenched only by drinking water and not by reading a book written on water.
The change will come in our lives only when we implement all the knowledge into our lifestyle
My suggestion is to make Ayurveda your lifestyle.
Life will automatically become healthy, peaceful, and blissful.
So with this, our interview comes to an end, and as Deepak Sir said, we all should try to get back to our roots and follow the Ayurvedic lifestyle that our ancestors followed. And through this, we can live a very healthy, disease-free, and medicine-free life. If you want to learn more about Ayurveda Sahi Hai, you can visit their website and follow them on social media.
